Fuzzy-multi-mode Resource-constrained Discrete Time-cost-resource Optimization in Project Scheduling Using ENSCBO

Construction companies are required to employ effective methods of project planning and scheduling in today's competitive environment. Time cost critical factors success, they can vary based on the type amount resources used for activities, such as labor, tools, materials. In addition, resource leveling strategies that limit fluctuations a project's consumption also affect time cost. The multi-mode resource-constrained discrete-time–cost-resource optimization (MRC-DTCRO) is an tool developed set activities involving multiple execution modes with aim minimizing time, cost, moment. Moreover, uncertainty should be accounted because exposed risks cause delays budget overruns. This paper presents fuzzy-multi-mode (F-MRC-DTCRO) model time-cost-resource moment tradeoff fuzzy environment while satisfying all constraints. proposed model, numbers characterize direct activities. Using this different risk acceptance levels decision maker addressed process. A newly multi-objective algorithm called ENSCBO search non-dominated solutions model. Finally, applied solve benchmark test problem. results indicate incorporating structure costs previously MRC-DTCRO models facilitates decision-making process provides more realistic solutions.
